Application Form Singapore 10th Edition


We are pleased to announce that the application period is now open for the 9th edition for the Art Apart Fair – Singapore. With the artwork on display in the hotel rooms, along the corridors and public areas, audiences can expect an unconventional viewing experience. This enables them to picture what the artwork will look like in their own homes.

Open to the public, the fair welcomes art enthusiasts, first-time buyers and seasoned art collectors, offering a wide selection of pieces to suit all budgets. Over 3,000 visitors are expected for the 9th edition of the fair.

We welcome applications from both newly and established emerging contemporary artists and galleries. To ensure the quality of the fair, all applications will be reviewed by the Art Apart Fair Working Committee.

Media outreach and marketing efforts will be executed by Blue Gold Enterprise Pte Ltd and A Kiss Inc Pte Ltd. The marketing and PR strategy for the fair will focus on brand building and driving attendance to the event. Marketing and PR tactics employed will include the following:

  • Media outreach targeting leading regional and international print
  • Online and broadcast media / social media outreach
  • Appointed agents worldwide to promote the art fair
  • Joint promotion with sponsors and partners
  • Database outreach of sponsors and partners

Price and room dimensions:

  • Superior (30 sqm) – US$5,500
  • Deluxe (32 sqm) – US$6,900
  • Executive Suite (73 sqm) – US$9,000
  • Presidential Suite (166 sqm) – US$18,000

Prices quoted are for 5 nights from 5th to 10th January 2017. Selection of room size is on a first-come-first-serve basis and will be announced after applications close. A special discount of 10% is available depending on the number of rooms applied for. In order to receive it, please submit your application by 5th December 2016.

Exhibitors’ Package:

  • 4 nights stay in the selected room
  • Free in-room wifi
  • Free breakfast for one person and additional person price of US$25 per person
  • Maximum 5 artworks webpage views per room rental
  • Maximum 5 artists per room rental
  • Complimentary 20 VIP invitations to the fair
  • 1-page ad in digital fair catalogue and additional pages chargeable at US$800 per page. This additional page special price only apply to exhibitors and sponsors of the fair.
  • Maximum 1 image to be used for each gallery in 1-page digital art catalogue

Note: Exhibitors have the option of continuing to sell artworks through the organiser, Blue Gold Enterprise Pte Ltd, after the art fair. A separate agreement will be drawn up.
